Beer description
“Vienna has always been an elegant city, and beer named after it should reflect this elegance.”
With this in mind we set out to brew our take on this Viennese classic using the finest German Pilsener & Cara Munich malt and Vienna malt from Belgium. Saaz hops were used for bittering and flavour, with Mittelfruh added at the end of the boil for aroma. The resulting beer was then lagered for 8 weeks.
