Yeastie Her Majesty 2016

Blend beer made from freshly brewed Dark Ale with two wooden barrel-aged beers (PKB aged three years and Cherry Ghost aged two years). Clear, brown-black beer with a small, almost white head. The smell includes dark fruits, some chocolate, anise and light roasted malts; very sweet flavors. Woody taste with some liquorice and nuts, quite sweet, with a wine note. Alcoholic, warm finish.
