Beer description
In addition to premium English and Belgian malts, European and American hops, Belgian brewer's yeast, juice from 500 kg of Chardonnay grapes from Rem Akchurin's vineyards was used, added for boiling and maturation. This grape from the Sevastopol creates the perfect combination of acidity and sugar content and opens up beautifully in beer.
