In the production of this unique grape ale, they faced an ambitious task: to make the beer red thanks to the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Sevastopol. They applied a sophisticated technology of carbonic maceration, which gave their ale not only a deep color, but also a full flavor and "wine" astringency.
