Ground Zero - XperimentALE #010 - Unfiltered Pils

This time we brewed ...... a PILS! Ya', ya', for real! It is not a Pale Ale beer but an unfiltered pils inspired by the most famous beer of this style in the world. Our new beer, which belongs to a style that was born in the heart of Europe and conquered the hole planet, deserves a proper name - AVIATOR! This is our new XperimentALE #010, a fresh beer with subtle and malty sweetness that continues with a moderate bitterness with spicy and floral notes, characteristic to the type of hops we used. The color is pale gold, with a hazy tint at low temperature.
