Wrezel Simcoe S.M.A.S.H.

Clear gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Airy malts, light creamy sweetness. Touch of milky sweetness. Mild pine. Light floralness. Modest citrus peel. Light and slightly spicy bitter finish. Hoppy but the milky sweetness makes it a little awkward.
