Brouwerij Eleven - World Tour - Smash Serie #5: Tsjechië

We are travelling and in every country we visit, we brew a beer. This time, we brewed a lager, double dryhopped with Mimosa: a completely unknown hop this has only recently been discovered and is still almost unobtainable commercially. So we dare say we are the only brewery brewing with Mimosa this year. And if not: we'd love to hear about it! Let us know what you think of this beer!
