Our 3rd destination is Germany. The land of beautifully refined malty beers. We brewed a Kölsch-style. A familiar malty character due to the use of Weyerman's pilsner malt. The hops we have chosen are the classic Hallertaur-Mittelfrüh. This gives the beer the noble character you are used to from German beers; a bit grassy and slightly hoppy.
