Wolf's Ridge Tripel Whiskey

After resting in watershed bourbon barrels for over a year, their Belgian Tripel emerges deep in complexity, strong vanilla and coconut notes from the barrel mingle with fruity Belgian esters of banana and pear. The beer finishes with a sweet honey and slightly spiced character. They imagine this as the beer friars would make if their abbey was in Kentucky.
