Beer description
Terre du Sauvage is their series of Farmhouse Sours that ferment and mature in oak barrels. Each color represents a unique recipe and blend of barrels that age for months until they are ready. Green is brewed with barley, wheat, and rye and fermented with a blend of saison yeast, Brettanomyces, and Lactobacillus. After fermentation, it is dry hopped with whole cones of Ekuanot hops. The hops give it exceptionally juicy notes of pear, apple, and peach.
