Wolf's Ridge Sour Flowers

Chamomile Tea with a hint of orange is a classic recipe for comfort. This wild ale was fermented in oak and aged over a year on their Gold Legacy mixed culture. While quite tart up front, lovely notes of oak and vanilla from the barrel compliment the Chamomile flowers and orange zest they added just before bottling. They hope their interpretation of this classic pairing transports you to somewhere familiar and comfortable.
