Wolf's Ridge Red Legacy (Blackberry)

They age their Flanders-Style Sour Red Ale in ex-Watershed Bourbon Barrels for an average of 18 months. The mixed culture fermentation gives the beer deep notes of cherry, bright black currant, complex acidity and mild funkiness. They then refermented this beer on several hundred pounds of blackberries to add rich color and aroma.
