Beer description
They took their gold medal winning Dire Wolf Imperial Stout and aged it for 8 months in Watershed Bourbon barrels. The beer is brimming with deep malty character: chocolate, roast, espresso, and caramel. The barrel layered rich notes of vanilla, oak, and a hint of warming sweetness to the beer. It’s the perfect example of their local partnerships paying off with flavorful dividends.
