Beer description
Before the advent of firearms and their widespread use in 18th century battles, cavalry played a major role in battle tactics. The most combat-ready part of the mounted knights, the Hussars, has always been famous for its power and courage. This kind of troops required special training and fighting spirit. Experienced, strong and brave warriors were selected for the squads.
Due to their battering ram attack and subsequent literacy in close combat, the hussars struck fear into enemy infantrymen and made a significant contribution to the image of fearless warriors. And thanks to their easily recognisable distinctive attributes in the form of "wings", which were attached behind the riders' backs, the cavalry will forever remain in history as one of the most spectacular and effective units in the battles of the time.
The name for our new brew, brewed in collaboration with our friends at Rewort Brewery, was not chosen by chance. Our collaborative saison ale, to which we've generously added raspberry and passion fruit puree, will hit your receptors like the Winged Hussars hit their opponents. A sour string of flavours will overtake you at the first sip. Rows of fruity shades and shimmers in the face of fruity motifs recognisable to many will develop juiciness and freshness and bring the process to its natural climax. Before you know it, your glass will be empty.
