Kane Brewing - Wind Swell

A 8.2% Mosaic-heavy Imperial IPA. Wind Swell was brewed with a blend of two-row and golden promise base malt, wheat, oats, and a small amount of light crystal malts. It was hopped with Citra Cryo in the whirlpool, and dry-hopped with large doses of Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo. For this batch we added a small amount of Sabro to the dry hop to help round out the finish, bring in notes of coconut and accentuate the stone fruit flavor in this beer.
