Beer description
Inspired by German Chocolate Cake, this sweet chocolate mead is crafted of caramelized Brazilian pepper honey and cocoa powder. We then conditioned it on cocoa nibs, vanilla beans, coffee, toasted coconut and roasted pecans, along with a blend of oaks. We cooked this up with our friends at Windmill Brewing.
