Beer description
Honey yellow top-fermented organic bock beer. Fruity scent of banana and cloves. Very full-bodied in the drink with a soft mouthfeel. Soft and subtle bitterness. During Lent, powerful companions were brewed in the monasteries for this barren time. The strong beer for the weeks before Easter keeps these roots in mind. This seasonal beer from the Wimitz special line starts every year in February - while stocks last.
