Since 2011, Wimitzbräu, the youngest private brewery in Carinthia, is located in the middle of the Wimitz Valley north of St. Veit / Glan in Carinthia. The beer smells spicy, you can hear carnations and fruits. The Antrunk is fruity, the body quite easily. The finish of the White Christmas is spicy, with fine yeast notes and again a trace of cloves.
