Beer description

Unaffected Wimitzer spring water, 100% Mittelkärntner organic barley and 100% organic hops from their own vineyards and the whole fermented with their bottom-fermented yeast. That's what they call an honest Carinthian beer. Straw yellow with the finest natural clouding, clear fresh green hop smell. Elegantly slender malting body and soft ondrunk with a fine Rezenz. Subtle green hop bitterness in the after-drink. This beer is elaborately brewed with fresh hop umbels. This and an additional cold hopping in the storage cellar gives this specialty its fine and fresh hop character.
