For our Dolia series, we brewed a Barley Wine with a rich 21 degrees Plato original gravity: a dreamily full-bodied malt body meets a mild bitterness - all in the style of classic English barley wines of the 19th century. We then distributed the whole thing to selected wooden barrels and let it mature for 18 months.
In front of you stands Dree, number 3. Aged in a former plum brandy barrel, it spoils us with an aromatic explosion of fruity notes of plum and green apple, paired with a pleasant nutty aroma and a fine balsamic acidity. Goes great with hearty winter salads.
