Beer description

The master brew is a real bottom-fermented special beer. Golden yellow in color, with fine-pored foam and a pleasant liveliness. The hop notes of the Hallertauer Perle and the Hallertauer Mittelfrüh are subtle and not too strong. Our master brew is slightly malty and spicy in taste as a bottom-fermented beer, and not only on special occasions.

Goldgelb und glasklar, mit schöner aber kurzlebiger Blume. Erdig, floral im Geruch. Malzig im Antrunk. Floral, brotig, prickelnd. Feinherb im Abgang.

Hätte mir mehr erwartet. Goldgelb mit schönem Schaum. Malzig, grasig, leicht säuerlich im Geruch und Geschmack. Für mich nicht ganz rund.
