Beer description
Sour Ale, brewed with yuzu fruit, seaweed and Sichuan pepper. Golden color with medium sized white foam crown. Slightly dry and sour odor, grainy, hay, mineral, citrus notes, yeast and some moss. Dry-grassy taste, slightly sour, mineral, yeasty, slightly spicy-peppery. Pepper on the finish, slightly dry and sour aftertaste.
