Beer description
Collaboration brew between Wild Beer, Hanging Bat, Blackfriars and Nanban. Strong Ale inspired by sake with wild yeasts, Japanese rice, Scottish sea buckthorn, two types of seaweed and the juice of the Yuzu fruit. Slightly cloudy, light yellow beer with a short-lived white head. Sweet and sour notes of yuzu fruit, slightly spicy, umami and light Belgian yeast notes. Sweet and sour taste of yuzu, sweet malt, a little caramel; dry finish. Very rich aftertaste.
