Beer description
Sour ale that is fermented with wild yeast and the bacteria from the fresh grapes used in the beer. For this, grapes of the Pinot Noir variety from Somerset were used. The different barrels create different colors: from amber to gold to red-pink. But there is always a white head. Stone fruit, grapes and floral aromas dominate the smell; Stone fruit and grapes also have the strongest taste, slightly milky, slightly sour. Sour finish with a strong aroma of grapes.
