Wild Beer Sourdough

A Wild Beer & Hobbs House Bakery collaboration. The beer was mixed from 24 old wine and two bourbons to give it the kick of flavor. Beer and bread have shown the magic of yeast for millennia and the breweries have decided to combine the two. The old and the new, contemporary ideas and historical techniques and ingredients, a very special beer that combines all these things and more.
