Beer description
"Berliner Weisse" style with yeasts and bacteria from the Somerset region (UK). Wild apples are used to start fermentation. Slightly cloudy, golden yellow beer with a small white head. Milky-sour smell, citrus, bread, cereals and white wine. Quite sour taste, sour apples, sour cherries, light sweet malts.
