Beer description
Creative beer with sea fennel and needles of the common Douglas fir (Oregon Pine). Barrel Aged in sweet wine barrels from Sauternes (France). Dark brown-red beer with a small, creamy head. Intense aromas of dark fruits, slightly sour, some tobacco and molasses. Slightly dry and sour taste, very fruity and berry, also light fruit acid and rye malt. Long-lasting bitterness in the aftertaste, rather sour-dry.
