Wild Beer Rooting Around - Spring

Light, fresh beer brewed with linden and beech leaves. Slightly cloudy, yellow beer with a small white head of foam. Fruity, slightly sourish aroma with some bread, grass and birch scent. Fruity taste, slightly bready, with citrus notes. tropical fruits and light sweet malt. Dry finish with little bitterness.
