Beer description
Annually newly brewed and blended sour ale made from various fruits, stored in red wine barrels. Various red berries were used for 2016. Reddish, amber-colored beer with a white head. Sour smell, with vanilla, milk notes, some wood and bitter red fruits. The taste includes light lactic acid, herbs, lemon and grapes. High carbonization.
