Wild Beer Nebula

IPA with low bitterness, but great hop character. The Vermont Ale Yeast is responsible for the cloudy appearance, as it sticks to the hop particles left behind by extreme dry hopping. The yeast actually adds a whole range of fruity esters that make themselves appear peach-like, but at the end they blend seamlessly into the tropical hop profile.
