Collaboration brew with Side Project from Missouri / USA. For this beer, the brewing water was mixed with seaweed from the Cornish coast to create an umami-salty character. Slightly cloudy, amber-colored beer with a small white head. Slightly grainy, sour-fruity aroma; light wine feeling. Sour, lemon-like taste and roasted malt. Sweet, fruity finish.
