Beer description
The five-year anniversary beer from Wild Beer. Eisbock version of the "Modus Operandi" Flanders Red from Wild Beer, aged in sherry barrels. Clear, brown-red beer with a minimal head. Dry fruits, sherry and marzipan dominate the smell, plus red wine and a little vinegar. Intense fruity notes in the taste, some red wine and sweet marzipan, slightly sour and somewhat nutty. Warm finish, slightly woody, relatively sweet and slightly sour.
