Beer description
IPA fermented with Brettanomyces, a yeast strain found in the Senne Valley near Brussels. Bright amber, orange beer with white head. Malty, fruity notes in the smell, with some citrus and orange peel. The special notes of Brettanomyces are clearly found in the nose. Very similar in taste: malty, slightly fruity, dried peaches and again the aromas of the yeast.
