Beer description
A sour ale with porcini mushrooms. Cloudy, amber-colored beer with a creamy, slightly fluffy head. Malt, citrus, earth and herbs dominate the smell with light caramel notes. Dry, sour base note in the taste, with some vinegar, berries, nuts, stone fruits, earthy mushroom taste. Relatively tart beer.
