Beer description
Imperial stout with lactose, sea salt, caramelized miso (a paste of primarily soybeans and cereals) and tonka beans. Black beer with brown foam crown. The smell includes caramel, roasted malts, vanilla and the typical Misogeruch. Very rich in taste, caramel, roasted malts, miso, vanilla, light milky notes; pretty cute.
