This malting note is so subtle that the fine, rather fruity-sourish enjoyment that makes up a true wheat beer still comes into its own. The fine-pored foam and the intense yeast clouding give the top beer its due optical frame. The pronounced liveliness also makes this beer an excellent thirst quencher.
