Beer description
This Christmassy goat has a very strong copper color, a wonderful light cloudiness and "typically" little foam. The little foam that forms is extremely short-lived but snow-white. Few Christmas spices, but very dominant malty grainy spicy notes in the aroma. Strong on the taste, very full-bodied, malty without ever being too sweet. A strong carbon dioxide, which turns out wonderfully suitable. Tart bitter notes that permanently dampen the alcohol of the goat. In the middle a corresponding huge malty body. At the end a long aftertaste with tart notes on the tongue and a long-lasting aftertaste. A great festive buck, which despite "Christmas" in its name can do without the usual spices.
