Beer description
The world of beer is full of legends and unwritten rules. This is their RULE number 1 - "tanto poi bolle" (as we say in Italy). This means, "it will definitely boil." With a NEIPA, the brewery decided that all the characteristics that boiling brings are not really important, so why not just skip that stage altogether and save a lot of energy? They have decided to involve their friends from Ritual Lab - the Best Italian Brewery 2024 - in this project.
