Beer description
Built on our usual suspects like Pale, Wheat and Oats, and with a slightly harder water profile to increase crunch, this goofy beer gets a big dirty batch of El Dorado and Columbus in the whirlpool before fermenting on the London Fog yeast. Water Jump is dry hopped to a tame 18 g/l in two big steps, with first a heavy load of Ekuanot and then a second helping of Galaxy and Strata providing the second green wash. This is a big nose of nectarines, passion fruit, white peach, gobstoppers and goddamn moist and a juice body to beat the band.
