Beer description
This DIPA is all about the hops. We just dropped a whiff of Vic Secret into the hot tub at the very last minute before heading to the fermenter to rock with our hopping dance partner Vermont Ale Yeast for a week before we grew a double dose of Oregon-grown El Dorado and Washington get Citra and BRU-1. This is a pretty intense pineapple, watermelon, mango and pine in the nose and not much in the taste. It is complemented by this soft, fluffy light malt sweetness, which rubs with intense and sweet hop oil, which ends in slightly restrained bitterness and buckets of tropical fruits.
