Beer description
For this stout we did a double mash and only collected the super sweet first wort. An extended boil, generous additions of demerara sugar in the boil make it the “biggest” beer we have ever produced here at Cascade. To finish it off it spent 9 months in Willett bourbon barrels with vanilla beans. Dark, rich, and sweet, it’s the perfect beer for dessert
