Midnight Project - Wheat Night Sky And Butterflies

Spring will soon be here, and with it will come warmer days. A time when you can go out into nature and enjoy sunsets and beautiful starry skies. At such times it is good to have a beer at hand, which will help to enhance the experience, but at the same time will not draw all the attention to itself. Wheat Night Sky and Butterflies is our attempt to reflect on the theme of everyday beer. We wanted to make something understandable to everyone, but at the same time unusual and memorable. We took a wheat pale ale as a base and heavily hopped it with bright Amarillo. Full-bodied, but not too strong. Citrusy and tropical, but quite restrained. Palpably bitter, but exceptionally drinkable. Exactly as we intended it to be.
