The Dortmunder Export shines golden yellow in the glass and carries a stable, white foam crown. The bouquet is a delicate blend of pronounced maltiness and herbal and lemony hop notes with a hint of currants. This balance of rich malt tones and floral, pleasantly bitter hop notes continues on the palate. In the dry finish, mild nuances of lemon balm join in.
