Weyermann® - 9 - Willy Wonka Bock

This noble strong beer specialty presents itself in a sparkling red mahogany brown and with a firm foam reminiscent of the crema of a cappuccino. The variety of aromas in the smell resembles a fruit basket of ripe tropical fruits such as peach and melon. There are also subtle nuances of apple, orange, pineapple and banana. The first sip is oily and smooth with a nectar-like, velvety sweetness familiar from honey and liqueurs. The strong caramel notes are followed by a distinct bitterness and an alcoholic, warming finish.
