Gose is a medieval, partly wheat-based, unfiltered top-fermented beverage flavored with salt and coriander. The Weyermann® adaptation of this style gets its harmonious acidity from the addition of Weyermann® sauergut extract as well as fresh rhubarb juice. The result is a golden-yellow, tangy refreshment with finely acidic rhubarb aromas on the nose. The palate reveals sweet, floral-citrusy coriander notes and a subtle hint of rhubarb on the salty finish.
