Beer description
The French term "brut" stands for "dry". This is known as a description of champagne. In beer, it means that there is virtually no residual sugar left in the finish. The bouquet of this golden-yellow, 7% Brut IPA's charms with light phenolic notes and fruity nuances of mango, pineapple, kiwi and white wine. The body is lean. The very long finish features a dominant, classic IPA bitterness with complex, hoppy flavors of grapes, gooseberries and grapefruit.
