Weyermann® - 31 - Summer Beech

This golden-yellow summer full beer is an exceptional smoked beer with pleasant smoky notes. These already appear in the bouquet and on the palate and then remain dominant until the slightly sweet finish. The overall smoky flavor is underpinned by harmonious and floral aromas of noble hops. In contrast to classic dark smoked beers, this beer has a subtle perceptible smoky note reminiscent of a summer campfire. This gives the beer its high drinkability.
