Beer description
On the nose and palate, this deep-orange Weizenbock, aged for four months in Rotburgunder barrels, captivates with its well-tempered blend, reminiscent of fruity grape notes and herbaceous, spicy vermouth. There are also fruity hints of bananas, cloves, red fruits and leathery cedar over a fresh, harmonious background of malty sweetness and delicate tartness. The soft, yet powerful finish is refined by wood barrel aging. Fine woody, malty and wine-like flavors linger on the palate.
