Weyermann 28 - Yellow Sunshine

This "yellow sunshine" convinces visually with its golden yellow color, crowned by a cap of white, fine-pored foam. On the nose, notes of nectarines, papayas and gooseberries rise alongside hop aromas of lavender, geranium and herbs. There are lightly malty toffee notes in the refreshing entry. The body is lean and quaffable. On the palate, in addition to delicate malt flavors, the German aroma hops deliver notes of herbs, white wine and fruity melon with a mild bitterness. The finish of this summer beer is dry and harmonious with nuances of honey.
