Weyermann® - 27 - Brut IPA

This orange-gold shimmering Brut IPA is crowned by a handsome white, fine-pored head. The bouquet is typical of IPA. Complex and fruity notes of pineapple, mango, honey, tangerine, passion fruit, ripe bananas and slightly phenolic aromas characterize this creation. On the palate, the sweet and exotic fruits dominate, especially in the initial drink, harmonizing well with the very subtle perceivable bitterness. On the palate, this beer is full-bodied and pleasantly invigorating. After the first sip, the beer transitions into a very dry, champagne-like finish, in which hop resins also play a role, inviting you to continue drinking.
